Just as a therapy works to help a person confront and heal from past traumas, reclaiming those "lost" or suppressed parts of themselves, soul retrieval aims to reintegrate these disconnected elements, restoring balance and vitality to the person's life. In both traditions, the goal is the same: healing the emotional wounds that separate a person from their full, authentic self.
Soul Retrieval is a practice that involves reclaiming and integrating fragmented aspects of the soul that my have been lost or disconnected due to past traumas, life experiences, surgeries and/or life experiences. It aims to restore wholeness and alignment with one's true self.
"When I do a soul retrieval for someone who’s having difficulty manifesting who they want to become, I’ll go into the Chamber of Treasures to help them retrieve an unexpressed creative or artistic gift. It is there, deep in the unconscious, that they can find the resources that will help them live more fully."
